AUSTIN \u2013 (March 5, 2024) <\/b>Alliance Industrial and Colliers are proud to announce the beginning of construction for two new Class-A industrial buildings available for lease. The project, named Connor Lane Business Park, is a rare infill industrial development in the northeast Austin submarket totaling \u00a0\u00b1170,959 SF between two buildings. Chase Clancy, Travis Hicks and Michael Modesett at Colliers have partnered with Alliance Industrial to market the business park.<\/p>\n
Building A will be 87,467 SF and Building B will be 83,492 SF. This project is especially unique because of its infill location, at a time when new infill industrial developments in Austin are scarce. The project will be located in the heart of the northeast submarket, with access to a diverse labor market and excellent proximity to major employers such as Tesla, Samsung, Applied Materials, and more.<\/p>\n

Connor Lane Business Park will remain true to existing building designs in Austin\u2019s core industrial submarkets, offering shallow-bay, rear-load industrial space that is divisible to a wide range of tenant sizes. Most new industrial developments are being built with significantly larger and deeper buildings than much of the existing industrial supply, making Connor Lane a valuable asset to any number of tenants looking for expansion space or their first location in Austin with Class A industrial accommodations.<\/p>\n
